I’ve usually just tried gluing it shut. Being a single guy I’ve done some weird self care over the years. Like ice baths, it can take some getting use to performing surgery on yourself. I haven’t gone super deep, but I’ve gone deep enough. It’s intense. Thank you 👍🏻 I’ll try to keep this.

Hi team .i have been suffering from something from very long .my case is as follows - Since last 8 + years I have diffuse symmetrical muscle wasting (very rapidly probably in 1 month every muscle tone were reduced since then slowly it's going on ) with. Random very intermittent twitching ..power MRC GRADE 4++ to 5 in all muscles . Muscles get fatigued and feels after prolonged use takes time to gain powers .I'm fully functional till now .I am having sudden panic / anxiety attacks since 2020 with ectopic beats . Some points to mention that , I have metabolic syndrome since the age of 14 years . High TG (around 350 to 500) high BP (140/85) , and acanthosis nigricans.l and NAFLD but with lean structure sensitivity to sunlight and upper eyelid felt like very hard to move . And sudden vison change in left eye .doctors did not find anything . Now from 2021 I have developed diabetes with A1C 7.5% .my muscles wasting is on. Investigation - it was thought MND/ALS in 2016 in did my 1st emg and ncv in Kolkata . With normal result doctors said wait and watch. then in 2022 I had my 2nd emg there under and mnd specialist .the report was same..went to NIMHANS under DR Seena V .they did emg ncv muscle ultrasound , MRI of BRAIN , c spine, whole spine lots of blood work .everything ok.just cpk elevated to 295 (in 2016 it was same ) and elevated liver enzymes.. they said wasting without weakness is no mnd or hirayama disease .then consulted at BRAINS hospital and VAIDEHI same answers was given Now after 8 years my question is 1- is it any slowly progressive lower mnd 2- or any kind of mitochondrial disease . 3- or muscle dystrophy 4- what to be done now ? Pls answer . Iam 33 y old with no family history of neuro disease or metabolic syndrome 1
